The facility features hard-to-replicate heavy industrial infrastructure, including 5 acres of outdoor storage, multiple oversized grade-level doors, heavy power, and several cranes. Located in West Fort Worth, it offers direct access to the I-20/I-30 split, one of North Texas’ most strategically connected freight hubs.

This lease reflects strong activity in DFW’s industrial market, particularly for specialized facilities with crane capacity, outside storage, and heavy power, features that are increasingly difficult to find in newer industrial product. The tenant, an automated construction company, represents a growing sector utilizing robotics and AI-driven systems across Texas and the Sun Belt. Fort Worth continues to attract this type of investment, supported by significant capital growth and job creation across the region.
