He also has extensive experience managing high-stakes intellectual property and pharmaceutical litigation, including more than 50 successful patent litigation matters and multiple inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFort Worth is the 10th largest economy in the country and home to all that makes Texas great. Quintin has deep ties and roots in Fort Worth, and his standing, relationships, and decades of leadership make him exactly the right partner to lead our new office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over a distinguished career, Cassady spent more than two decades at Galderma Laboratories in Fort Worth, where he served as Vice President, General Counsel &amp; Compliance Officer for North America, guiding legal and compliance strategy for a global portfolio of products spanning dermatology, injectable aesthetics, and consumer health.<br \/>During his tenure, he led significant pharmaceutical and intellectual property litigation matters protecting billions of dollars in product sales, directed major acquisitions and divestitures, and played a central role in numerous high-value transactions involving leading dermatology and aesthetic brands.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, Cassady served as Vice President and General Counsel for Modern Meadow, a highly regarded New Jersey-based biotech company, during a critical period of growth where he managed legal strategy across fundraising, licensing, joint ventures, intellectual property, employment, regulatory matters, ESG initiatives, and corporate governance while serving on the company\u2019s senior leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, Cassady has advised companies on product commercialization strategies, regulatory and reimbursement matters, compliance frameworks, corporate governance, patent strategy, litigation management, and post-acquisition integration.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthmovingnews.com\/?p=267\">Starting a Dementia Caregiver Support Group.
