Following a competitive Request for Proposal process, Texas Wesleyan selected LEAGUE Commercial as its commercial real estate partner to market and lease more than 6,000 square feet of retail space, including properties located at 3014 and 3016 East Rosedale Street. These museums have next best thing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The leasing assignment will be led by LEAGUE Commercial advisors Kalyn McKittrick, Bronson Pope, and Kelsey Gentry, who will work together to identify retailers and service providers that align with the university\u2019s vision for the corridor and contribute to the long term vitality of the surrounding area.                                                                                                                                                                    The assignment represents an important step in Texas Wesleyan\u2019s ongoing investment in both its campus and the surrounding community. Several of the retail spaces have remained vacant for nearly a decade, creating an opportunity to attract businesses that can better serve the university community while enhancing the Rosedale Renaissance corridor, one of Fort Worth\u2019s designated Urban Villages.<\/p>\n<p>The leasing effort comes at a significant time for Texas Wesleyan. The university is currently constructing a new football stadium that will seat approximately 3,650 fans and is scheduled for completion in December 2026. The project is expected to bring increased activity to the area while further strengthening the university\u2019s presence within Fort Worth.<\/p>\n<p>Texas Wesleyan has also experienced strong growth in recent years, with enrollment increasing nearly 12 percent between Fall 2020 and Fall 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLEAGUE Commercial distinguished itself through a comprehensive, execution focused approach that aligned closely with the University\u2019s goals for these properties and the broader vision for the East Rosedale corridor,\u201d said Brian Franks, Senior Director of Facilities Management at Texas Wesleyan University. \u201cTheir experience with community focused developments, combined with a thoughtful leasing, marketing, and communication strategy, made them the clear choice for this assignment.
